INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF LEGAL SERVICES

The Anguilla Social Security Board is seeking the services from suitably qualified persons or firms to act on its behalf in connection with the following: a) provision of general legal services; (b) representation of the Social Security Board in legal proceedings; (c) preparation of employment or other contracts; (d) debt collections; and (e) to provide legal advice as may be required.

This invitation is open to all suitably qualified persons or firms to provide the service. The expression of interest must be in English, and sent along with proof of qualifications, a copy of a valid business license, and a clearance from Social Security.

Expressions of interest must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Legal services, Anguilla Social Security Board" and marked for the attention of:-
