TENDER NOTICE - Cleaning Supplies, Toiletries, and Cleaning Services for Anguilla Social Security Board Procurement #08

The Anguilla Social Security Board intends to apply a budgetary allocation to payments under a contract for Cleaning Supplies, Toiletries and Services. The Social Security Board now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Anguilla Social Security Board Cleaning Supplies, Toiletries, and Cleaning Services, as defined within the bidding documents. The contract period is for two (2) years with the option of (1) one-year extension at the discretion of Anguilla Social Security Board

Bidding will be conducted through a Competitive Bid procedure in keeping with the Public Procurement and Contract Administration Acts and Regulations.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the Procurement Office in the Ministry of Finance between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm.

A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of EC$100.00 payable at the Anguilla Social Security Board office. The bidding documents can then be collected from the Procurement Office upon presentation of the receipt obtained from the Anguilla Social Security Board.

Bids should be received no later than Monday 22nd August, 2022 at 12:00 noon. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened publicly at the Ministry of Finance on Monday 22nd August 2022 at 2:00 p.m. The GOA is not bound to accept the lowest of any bids. This bid process may be cancelled or rejected without any liability to GOA.
