Social Insurance Administration System RFP

The Board of Directors of the Anguilla Social Security System is seeking proposals from qualified firms interested in providing a comprehensive Social/National Insurance Administration System (“SIAS”). This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is offered to solicit responses from qualified vendors interested in providing the products and services outlined herein for the implementation of the SIAS.

1. Do the hard copies also need to be in your possession by 16:00 on November 30th?

The hard copies are not required by 16:00 on November 30th. However, respondents must show evidence( for eg courier tracking info) that the hard copies are mailed out by this deadline.

2. Which facilities’ security do we need to describe here, of our office or of the proposed datacenter?

The security described here should incorporate your operations facilities as well as your data center if proposed solution requires hosting in the said data center.

3. If hosted solution, should we include proposals from datacenters in our proposal pricing or will an estimate suffice?

So long as the recommended hosting provider is NOT National Commercial Data Services(Anguilla), you should include proposed pricing from hosting provider.

4. Should the identified Document & Imaging Solution be included in the pricing?

Yes it should be.

5. Is unemployment benefit within scope for the SIAS or is it a possible future extension?

The SIAS should be capable of facilitating an unemployment benefit on a short/medium term basis.

Software: Asure ID 7 Exchange
Hardware: Fargo HDP5000 Printer & Topaz Systems INC TLBK42 HSB-R Signature Pad

2. Will the SIAS need to process cash payments too?

Yes. The SIAS will beed to facilitate both online and cash payments.
